About 4.5 hour drive from Tashkent, Kokand is one of the oldest cities in all of Uzbekistan. Narrow streets and semi-detached houses make for an almost little Italy, with bicycles popular among the locals.

Xazarasp, Uzbekistan, 2022

About 13.5 hours drive from Tashkent, Xazarasp, and the nearby ancient city of Xiva, are some of the oldest in the world. Located in the farthest parts of Xorezm, Alexander the Great marched through here on his way to Samarkand.
